The Texas flag called us in.While driving through Frigate Bay, taking in the sights, we suddenly saw the Texas flag. It immediately grabbed our attention. We said, if they fly the Texas flag we gotta try this place out.
The next day, when we discussed mid day meal selections, Ziggy's won out hands down. Shortly after taking our seat, I saw Regan and started a conversation with him. Being from Alberta, he understood some of what Texas was about. During the course of conversation we discovered that there were other Texans on the island, including one that provides them with "real" ground sausage. If you have been to the island, you know what a rarity that is. Between the warm conversation, and relaxing beach environment, we enjoyed out experience. It was like a greeting card from home to see that flag flapping in the breeze there in St. Kitts.

Good to see you felt at home at Ziggy's. The flags are a great thing and keep you thinking of those who you left at home while enjoying the Caribbean.
