Can any one help us? We are looking to retire in st kitts, has anyone got any good advise? we are lookinbg for a 3 bed house with sea view for under $400,000 a fixer upper considered? is there a good real estate we could try?

has anyone retired there? and whats it like ? How have the people treated you? are the schools good? as we have a 4 year old boy.
